Why do active and total calories increase at different rates during workout?
Hi,
I typically work out first thing in the morning. At the beginning of workout, I may start with 20 total calories and zero active calories (for example) but at the end of the workout, my total calories will show 80 more calories burned than my active calories. Why aren't the active and total calories increasing at the same rate during the workout?
