The calorie count for workouts seems low any know why
Anyone else have issues with the calories burned being to low for the actives done?

Have you already made sure that your health related data is all in and the calibration is in good shape:

Weight has a lot to do with this ... heavier people with similar heart rate simply burn many more calories in the same time.
