Viber Notifications

Hello,

I have a notification saying i have a message, I think its from my hidden chats, but cannot remember the pin, nor will Viber let me select the option to reset/change my pin. Why and how can I change this??

Messenger notification on lock screen can't be removed I have turned off all notifications in the settings for Messenger, but still I am getting their prompt on my lock screen and I want to remove it. Does anyone know how I can remove the Messenger prompt about unread messages? I will just delete the app if not.

Notification history I retrieved a notification stating my boyfriend was new to chat meet I cleared the notification before I could screenshot it and then confronted him and of course I cannot find the notification to show him and he's denying it I did find in the notifications where you turn it on to save them but it was not on during that time does anybody know how to retrieve them if you did not have the history turned on?
