Keyboard locked in safari
The keyboard on the iPhone 6s does not work properly when using safari. the keys remain locked. this has happened since ios 13.1, but in the other applications it works correctly

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:
Are you saying that the keyboard does not work at all when using the Safari app? Or are you saying that Caps Lock is stuck on?
Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser? (e.g., Brave, Firefox, Chrome)
You mention this being an issue since the update to iOS 13.1. Are you currently running iOS 13.2.3?
