Brother MFC9330CDW scanner not online

MacBook (2018) running OS 10.14.6

Scanner stopped working after changing home wifi.

Printer is ONLINE and printing.

Scanner indicates OFFLINE when I try to scan.

Have updated firmware, printer driver and scanner driver. Nothing has solved the problem. Still can't scan. Brother "help" is not.

If is not already installed as an AirPrint device, then remove its existing entry in Printers & Scanners and add it again, this time being sure to specify AirPrint. You don't need any drivers. Apple recommends that you don't install any.

Refer to Add a printer on Mac.

Might as well restart your router as well. Disconnect its power, wait a moment or two, connect it again.
