HomePod Issue since recent update!

I have two HomePods and iTunes Match. prior to the 13.2.1 update of the HomePod IOS, Siri could find most songs in my 10,000 + library. Now she just says that she can't find my requests in "my library'. I spent hours with Apple Support, but no luck. Twice she has come back to her old self, but each time only briefly. So even now(post update) she can connect with my library, but most of the time does not. Totally frustrated. I even went to a genius bar for help. Siri with play songs in my library by shuffling them, but that's not why I bought two HomePods. Any ideas out there?

Apple support had me turn off personal requests. Evidently there is an issue with the update. Siri won't recognize more than one voice or account, but that's not an issue for me. It works fine now and I can access all my songs. Hopefully Apple will fix the problem for those that need to use multiple voices(accounts). Thanks for the advice.
