Pending in App Store

I had brought some credits for a game Some of my purchases in the App Store says pending but I still got the credits.

Pending Purchases I’ve had a pending purchase for the game Genshin Impact for months now. At first I waited a few days for it to go through and when it didn’t I tried adding a card to my phone to pay it and that didn’t work. I may just be dumb but I have no idea what to do.

what does "we are still processing these purchases" mean? I bought a monthly subscription in the game, but I did not have money debited from the card and it was written "we are still processing these purchases." previously, when I bought something, the payment was fast and there was no such problem. I also bought some more crystals in the game to check, but again nothing was written off and there are two pending payments in the purchase history in the app store. I contacted the bank, they said that everything was fine with the card. it must be a problem with the app store. what should I do?

In app purchase pending My purchase is pending but I don’t know why the money definitely got taken out of my account but I didn’t get my in game items could someone help me out please ty.

Pending means iTunes hasn't received the money yet, do as instructed and update your payment method so that iTunes can get it
