iCloud Drive is not syncing files?

iCloud Drive is not syncing files? How can I solve this issue? The files are being created with the latest version of Keynote and being saved to the Keynote folder in iCloud Drive. I can see the files on the machine that created them (via Finder > ICloud > Keynote Folder) they show with a dotted cloud symbol.

On another machine connected to the network I can see the iCloud > Keynote folder but I can not see the file.

If I try to force a sync by clicking the iCloud Drive in Finder I get a dialogue box stating it is uploading 3 files (one of which I assume is the file I am trying to see) but the dialogue progression bar does not progress - I assume therefore it is not syncing the files between the machine and the iCloud Drive?

I have tried all the obvious issues of rebooting both machines, making sure they are both running the latest versions of Catalina and Keynote which they are.

Anyone help me on this? Is this a known issue?

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina) and stop syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing. Allow time for the sync to complete.

Last resort  - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
