it say unavailable when i try to add email
i have a new iphone 11 and want to add my main email account , it says its unavailable or that i put in wrong info , i know i put in right info and i can't get it to be added

If you're able to log in successfully with the username and password, I suggest following the steps outlined in this helpful article: If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Specifically the section that says, "Check your Mail Settings" and "If you still need help."
