Activity app not syncing with my Orange Theory app data

OTF App had been sending data to Apple Health jsut fine - and then today it stopped. I found this thread and the post about uninstalling and reinstalling OTF and in the end that got the data to sync.

Here's what I tried

Hard reboot of iphone X

Health -> Activity -> Data Sources & Access

Deselected OrangeTheory

Reselected OrangeTheory

WatchOS upgrade from 6.1.1 -> 6.1.2

iOS 13.3 -> iOS 13.3.1

not until i uninstalled and reinstalled OTF app did daat start flowing.

I have had this problem off and on since June 2019 when I joined the OTF Cult. Easiest way I have found to fix this issue... Delete the OTF app and tell it not to keep data. Then re-install the app. Enable all the Health bits when you first open the app again. Check your work out history. Then your activity data should update within a few seconds.

Delete OTF app, you’ll get 2 screen alerts re: deleting data. Tell it to delete the data on the first screen, but then on the second screen when it asks about deleting data from the Health app, tell it “no”.

Then, redoload the OTF app. With facial recognition, I didn’t even have to log in again. After about 5-10 seconds, it loaded all the missing/new data to the Activity app.

I un-paired my Apple Watch and re-paired it from a back up and it fixed the issue I had!

This is also happening to me as well. However, I am running into the issue that is will at times sync and at times it will not. I do not wear the watch, just the OTburn Monitor and then the App Data should sync to Activity. However it's not become irregular. I found that this happened after the OTFLink update that introduced the Link module for the iPhone. I do not plan to use my Watch nor this device. The Monitor and App should be fine on it's own. I feel like this is trying to push members to buy this new device.

Yes! Just updated to 13.2 last night and started having this issue. OTF does show up in my activity app, but doesn’t count toward my exercise ring. Ridiculous.

This is happening to me too! My OTF app is still listed as a "data source" and the data is pulling into the Health App but is no longer syncing with the Activity App. (i.e. it's no longer going towards closing rings) This started happening after the 13.2 software update. PLEASE FIX THIS APPLE. It's difficult using two devices in class and much easier for the OrangeTheory app to sync data with Activity.

I’ve recently started having this issue as well. I’ve double checked everything and it all appears to be turned on to sync correctly. The weird thing is the OT workout shows in my Apple Watch app, but none of the activity has been logged into the rings.

Did anyone find a resolution to this? This started happening with mine.

Will I lose all of my history of I do this? Or is the data all stored in the OTF cloud?

How did you have it keep the data? When I go to delete the app it just says all data will be deleted.

It didn't give me the option either, but I did it and it reuploaded quickly. Nothing was lost

It gave the option 1st time.I tried doing it again but I did not get that option.
