Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
My company has an Ipad from employee who used his apple ID to set it up and later we fired him without having him retore the Ipad before he turned it in to us. Now I can't reset because it is still linked to his apple ID , we have multiple atempts to reach out to him to relinqueish the device from his account but he won't. Is there anything I can do beside use it as a paper weight for now.
You will need to take proof or purchase of the device by the company, and the company's representative with ID, to an Apple Store and have them unlock it.
