Calls not coming through on iPhone

I am having issues with receiving calls on my Iphone X. Software is up to date and have tried turning it off and and on a few times. When people call, it kicks them straight to voicemail without on ring, BUT will ring on my iPad and MacBook. My phone is not on do not disturb. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I am tired of answering business calls on my MacBook because the microphone is awful!

Thank you!

iPhone X

Have you turned on 'Silence Unknown Callers' in Settings>Phone?

If so, and the caller isn't in your contacts and there are no outgoing calls to them in your call log, they'll be shuffled off to voicemail.
