Why are my windows devices listed on my Apple ID page?

My Devices show “Windows” as one of my devices. Is that normal? Apple ID, My Devices shows “Windows” as one of my devices. Is that normal? I do have a Windows 10.1 PC but, shouldn’t there be more identification Information?

i cant see a list of the devices on which i am log to my apple ID account when going to settings, then clicking my name and surname i cant see the list of the devices on which i am logged in to my apple ID account. instead of this list i have a red note saying "list inaccessible" plzzzzz help thank youu:))

They will show if they are signed into iCloud.
