The battery on my iphone 11 was performing great until just a few days ago. (Up until then I only had to charge it overnight) I updated to ios 13.2.3, and it is no better. My battery is almost completely drained halfway through the day.

Try force Restart. The process is here:
Allow your phone to finish rebooting and then use it as you normally do to test how long the battery could last.
Same issue for me. This is a comparison to iphone 6s. In 6s, battery level is not depleting while not in use, while iphone 11 drops from 75% charge to 55%. I’m in the latest iOS version 13.3.

I noticed the last days before sleeping the phone (iPhone 11-less than month new iOs 13.3.3) had 45% of battery and after 8 hours sleep (at DoNot disturb) in the morning had 17%

My battery also drained so fast last night even if I almost didn’t use it. I’m pretty sure I have 45+ % last night and woke up to it having 33% only
Did a reset twice using the volume up, down then holding the power button until the apple logo appears. That fixed the issue.
