cannot use bluetooth mouse and keyboard on Windows 10 Home

My computer is Macbook Pro 15", 2016 with touchbar

I'm running Windows 10 via Bootcamp.

Teknet mouse BM307, bluetooth

Logitech keyboard K480, bluetooth

I used the mouse and keyboard normally in MacOS but couldn't use them in Windows.

After installing Windows via bootcamp, it automatically installing the bluetooth drivers and recognize the mouse and keyboard as bluetooth devices automatically without me actually pairing those devices. However, the devices were not actually working. There's no way that I can pair the devices. Please help.

Can you check All Events related to these two devices and see if you see any errors? You do not need to post the actual events.

If there are devices paired on the macOS side, the underlying hardware information is shared between the two OSes.

For the mouse, it shows Connected. For the keyboard, it shows Paired.

Right-click on the BM30X and select Properties. You can do the same with the Keyboard.

There are 2 same events for each device

Device configured (bth.inf)
Device started

Again, these devices were automatically added by Bootcamp. It was there before I attempted to connect the devices
