So I have The 2019 macbook pro and I'm running windows os on bootcamp but the bluetooth won't appear, I tried connecting my bluetooth mouse on mac os first but it doesn't work when I change to windows

Are Bootcamp drivers installed? In Windows Device Manager, do you see a Bluetooth Radio?
Can you please tell me how to install bootcamp drivers? When i open bootcamp on my mac os, it just show that I can restoreto mac os and nothing else.
Also the bluetooth radio is not appearing
