What's wrong with Music App?

So I upgraded to Catalina, went to open my music app for the first time to listen to music while I work. It updated as necessary, but my computer is producing 0 sound. The music in the app is turned up to 100%, my computer is turned up to 100%. It says the files are downloaded, but its legit not producing any sounds.


I've tried music from my own library as well as browsing new music, and there's nothing coming through the speakers. I don't have any external speakers plugged in or otherwise connected, and nothing is on that would prevent it from playing directly through my speakers.


I am positive my speakers are working as I watched a video on Facebook not long ago and the sound came through just fine there.


What is wrong with Music?
