Apple Watch with watchos 6.1 very slow

When I click to open programs, they only open after several attempts.

sometimes it opens at first, but sometimes only after insisting a lot.

This also applies to reply message. everything you need to click is taking a long time to respond.

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
