My Apple ID does not load completely

My Apple ID does not work. The image shows that the iCloud it’s not working. How do I fix it?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup

How to you gather that information? Perhaps, I am misinterpreting your screenshot. I cannot see how it is not loading, based on the screenshot you have provided. Please clarify :)
