You will have to hunt on the usual secondhand places such as eBay. SL Server is still a pretty desired item.
Almost certainly no. I bought it 3 or 4 years ago and they really had to hunt to find a copy. My understanding is now any version of Snow Leopard is no longer being sold by Apple.
