Looking for the Mac OS Server 5.12 App
Trying to upgrade to Monterey. My check for updates just time spins without accessing anything. I was thinking maybe the server app might need to be updated?

As of April 21, 2022, Apple has discontinued macOS Server. Existing
macOS Server customers can continue to download and use the app with
macOS Monterey.
