Hotspot Reset

My iPhone XR is services through Sprint, we are on a new billing cycle and my 100GB of hotspot data is showing as 101/100, on my Sprint app it’s showing as 34/100 GB, how do I get this issue resolved?

I see that your carrier has started you on a new billing cycle which gives you 100GB of data. The problem is, the total used isn't showing in your cellular data and you need to know how much you have. I'm glad to help with this.


Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad -- Go to Settings > Cellular and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Reset Statistics". It won't be accurate for the current month, however.


Set reminders on iPhone -- If you're anything like me, setting a reminder to reset cellular data statistics helps.
