by disabling THE AX features on the router ( if NETGEAR RAX200 - Uncheck Enable AX - in Advanced Settings) , speed gets normal on Bootcamp Windows 10

For me changing the WIFI security setting to AES (re-enter password) and rolling back to driver version 7.35.118.73 seems to have fixed the speed issue. It went from under 20mbps to over 100mbps. I have imac but maybe this helps users with different macs too.
Check under Power Management, if Windows is allowed to turn off the device to save power?

To me it seems Issue is with bootcamp wifi drivers and ax router. If I connect to different ac router it gives normal speed.
The driver is incorrectly negotiating AX, which it should not. On a 11ac. It is good to see you confirm it.

I'm not going to disable AX just as a workaround. I bought this specific router for WiFi 6 capabilities.
How many of you clients are 11ax capable? WiFi6 is still an immature standard, with many vendor variants.
Also, on the macOS side, check if your connection is truly 11ax or 11 ac. The latest 13-in MBP does not officially support 11ax. Some iOS devices (iPhone 11, iPhone SE 2020) support 11ax.
The last few Wireless updates for Bootcamp with the 7.77 and 100.x/101.x have been very problematic, causing performance issues.
Eventually, it is your decision on how critical the performance on the Windows side is to you.
On your wireless router, do you have the option to disable 802.11ac and just run 802.11n? If yes, can you test with just 11n?

The same hardware negotiates the connection correctly on the macOS side. Your issue is the BC/Windows driver not setting up the connection correctly with the AP. Also, AX implementations are fairly new and buggy.
Can you switch to macOS, and click Alt/Option + Wireless icon and post a screen similar to

Do you have the ability to rollback the driver? If not, can you install the original BC driver?
Is 11ax enabled?

AX is not available on my MacBook Pro just ac.
Macs do no yet have 11ax support, but if your gateway does, the Windows drivers have issues with 11ax gateways.
I have a few actually. One of which is the iPhone 11 Pro. I know that none of the MacBook's are AX compatible yet, but definitely should be receiving more than 20Mbps down and 100 up on the Windows side, especially with the same NIC. Which, obviously, is a software bug. Hopefully Apple can release a fix sooner than later.
What is the version of the Wireless driver?
Can you start a new discussion to avoid confusion with OP? There may be a method to install an older driver. On the new discussion, from the macOS side, post the output similar to
