I am getting slow wifi download speed between 2mbps to 3mbps on boot camp windows 10 pro MacBook Pro 16 inch. the run speed test On Mac OS get over 200mbps download speed.
I see other threads on this, but they are all dead. Bringing the issue back to the top.

I tested with 20 and 40 MHz. Neither of these produced the desired results. I do have a second MAC, but it's not necessary to check any further.
I found the issue -
Under Protected Management Frames - I had to disable that.
Once I did, my Speed Tests improved to expected.

So I went ahead and updated my driver to the one you listed with the same results. :(

What is the current Wireless driver version?
101.10.152.3 - The version that accompanies the Windows Support file.
What is the brand/model of your Wireless router/gateway?
ASUS RT-AC5300
Your gateway has two 5GHz radios. Are both Radios enabled? As a test, turn off the 'lower' 5GHz band.
What is the wireless modes setting?
What is the bandwidth setting?
Is 'Smart Connect' enabled?
Can you test with a narrower (than 80 MHz) channel? Try 20 or 40 MHz. Do you have a second Mac? If yes, we can check the over-the-air 802.11 frames.
Excellent! Not all clients support 802.11w well.
