Error -2002F on Internet recovery mode

Hi, I’ve recently reformatted my macbook air 2014 and it went into internet recovery mode on rebooting (command + r). It connected to my wifi and after about 10mins show the error -2002F. I search online and it was mentioned pointing towards an error with the wifi connectivity but my wifi works well with all my other devices. I’ve also tried using an Ethernet connection but it doesn’t work too. Any idea on what I should do?

Hi there, syafiq_a.

I see that, while trying to reinstall the operating system on your 2014 MacBook Air, internet recovery provides an error -2002F and doesn't complete installation. I'm glad to help with this.

If a flashing question mark appears when you start your Mac -- Even though you're not seeing a flashing question mark, the steps in this article can help.

Let me know how that goes, and take care!
