I connected my airpods pro to a different iphone and because of this when that device is near my actual iphone, if i try to use the airpods, they connect to the device that they connected first( like a main device) but the devices have the same apple id.

In general they should play from whatever device is within Bluetooth range.
Try a full reset: Reset your AirPods
If no help, on the desired phone, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
