This used to be available in Now playing screen, now replaced by less helpful Up next list.
The only way I found to seek is to lock the screen then seek from the lock screen widget while the screen is locked.
Can we please have ability to seek reinstated?
i see now - there is a button in the bottom right corner with a nondescript icon. pressing this button toggles between Up Next and the usual Now playing view which still has seeking function intact.
I am struggling to understand why we have volume control occupying screen estate in both views when the device has hardware volume control buttons. Strange.
