Фото не выгружаются в icloud

Здравствуйте.

Не выгружаются фото в iCloud. Прогресс остановился на 1% и не продолжается. Пробовали выйти и зайти в учетную запись icloud, перезагрузить телефон, делали сброс настроек и контента. Не помогает. Функция “Фото iCloud” включена. Просьба помочь.
