No, we are fellow users and obviously won't know what you have or haven't been charged for. If it shows three times on your iTunes account's purchase history (e.g. two aren't failed attempts or just temporary authorisation holds) contact iTunes Support e.g. via the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here
