Get your battery replaced.
It's not a battery problem. The phone was fine three days ago. Also, a battery problem wouldn't break the apps, cause them to crash and not send notifications. It's the update even if you refuse to acknowledge it.
1-800- call apple.
I've been reading and answering questions for over 15 years. I have no issues.
Except for the fact that if it’s their update that is making their phone glitch, lag, close apps, freeze, etc. they have something to fix. None of this happened to any of our phones until the software update. And it’s not just a meek few that it’s happening to, I’m talking 30-40+ people just around the small town I live in
Telling us that there isn't a problem is not helpful when we're experiencing a problem. Since I installed iOS 13.2.3 my phone's battery life has gone from a day to an hour and some apps are not working correctly anymore.
Just because YOU aren’t having issues yet, doesn’t mean the other 100 million aren’t. I simply posted this here so that Apple can see there is a problem that needs to be fixed. And if several of their Oklahoma users are having issues, they might lose a lot of business because of this issue because the phones themselves aren’t working properly at no fault to the customers. My phone has never been dropped, never been worked on, doesn’t have any viruses, none of that and it’s not working right, I want Apple to know that their new update has bugs just like some of the older ones. I didn’t experience previous bug issues but in every software update it includes “bug fixes” which means this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up phones with updates. I simply want Apple to know there’s a problem because I can’t find an email, phone number, nothing to contact them personally about it. And I don’t want to be put on hold for 3 hours if I do find a number so maybe if I submit it on their website, they’ll see that customers are having issues with the update
Nothing for Apple to fix.
If that is true then millions of devices would be having troubles and they are not.
Over 100 million iOS 13 users in the US alone.
100 million US users with no issues.
