Is it possible to manage apps on an iPhone if you plug your iPhone into a PC. It used to be a feature, but I can no longer find it. Thank you.

used to be able to see on your PC what your phone/ipad looked like - as in the way apps were arranged, and then you could easily move them about/delete them.
As noted, that was done using the iTunes application.
That feature was removed from iTunes.
