Sharing fotos

hi everyone,

My iPhone is not uploading fotos and documents for sending via email or WhatsApp. A window appears repeatedly saying - „an error occurred while preparing to share. Try again later.“

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with sharing photos and documents through the Mail app and WhatsApp.

Is your internet connection working for everything else on the iPhone?

Have you tried another network?

Have you tested to see if sharing works with Messages?

Have you restarted yet? Restart your iPhone
