How can I get my LTE back. Because it disappeared after i switched my iphone carrier

The ability to make changes is determined by the carrier, but you can check in Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options>Enable LTE.

Where are you saying that LTE disappeared from your iPhone? Does your new carrier support LTE? Does your new carrier support the particular model of iPhone that you have?

Yes, this happened last time with my other iphone XR and i called apple support last time and they said to go to settings and do something like restart something but i forgot what it was
