LTE option no longer available on my iphone

LTE was on my phone but it disappeared so if I am in my car and I have service I cannot connect to anything. I followed the directions and went to settings, Cellular, Cellular Data Options and all that is available is Low Data Mode.

My Iphone is all updated.

How do I get LTE on my iphone

After updating to iOS 15.1.1 - No 5g Data on AT&T/FirstNet Hello, I have an iPhone 13pro, on FirstNet (AT&T). After updating to iOS 15.1.1, I have lost all data connectivity with 5G enabled. In order to get Cellular data working, I have to force "LTE", under Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data. Has anyone else had this problem? ~J
