Since the most recent update when pairing my iPhone 7 it works for about 2 minutes and the radio system turns off and reboots. Toyota said it was an update issue with Apple and interestingly it does not do it with another phone using IOS 12. Anyone else having this issue and if so any solution? Thanks

So I disabled in the bluetooth settings on my iphone 8plus sync contacts and sync notifications and Bluetooth works perfect. On my Iphone 8plus Im running IOS 13.3.1 and on the entune system Im running firmware 010192. I dont care about syncing contacts to Entune nor do I care about notifications. I just care that I can make and receive calls and listen to music via Amazon music or Apple Music.
I agree that Entune is substandard but it’s not to blame for this problem. Don’t buy a Toyota if you have an issue with Entune. Why don’t you want me in your precious Apple Community? Because I’m right? GFY!
If you’re concerned about the local economy but don’t like Entune why don’t you go buy a Nissan or a Hyundai? Nissan has a plant in Mississippi and Hyundai has one in Alabama. Oh and Kia has a plant in Georgia. Their superior handsfree interface will be convenient for the frequent tow truck calls!

Apple is reportedly aware, but unknown if they’re doing anything to fix the issue. It sure has been going on for a long time. :(
What was the update you did? I am having the same issue with my Highlander.
I updated my software on my radio and my 2016 Sequoia worked for a month maybe and the. The latest iOS update came out and then tonight it just started doing the same thing. ****** me off.

I have the same vehicle and have an iPhone 6s Plus and having the same issue. Toyota told me it’s an Apple issue. It’s frustrating to me to find out that this has been going on for some time now with still no resolution. They better have an update soon correcting the problem. I don’t think they would want bad reviews on every outlet available.
