Hello! Over 40 USD was withdrawn from my card but my appleID has no valid subscriptions except apple music family. For over 1 week, reports have regularly come from the bank that attempts are being made to withdraw money from the card by Apple. What appleID uses my card? thanks!
This sounds like possible fraud to me. Look at the detail of the Apple transactions online or on your statement. If phone numbers or other information is included, do a web search to be sure it’s actually Apple. Contact your bank and have them cancel the credit card. Request the bank issue a new card.
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
Hi, open Wallet>tap on the card used>tap on the transaction (photo 1)>tap on the amount (photo 2)>look for a report an issue link. (photo 3)

If you were charged through Apple Py incorrectly you can click on that report an issue link (because you have an issue with the charge) and they will look into what happened.

As far as I can see with transactions from Apple on my accounts, there is no Apple ID information included. If you’ve told your bank that these transactions weren’t authorized by you, and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue, please refer to the links Eric and I have provided above.
Hello! Thanks for trying to help. BUT! I have only 1 appleID which is tied to several devices. According to the statement from apple itself, I do not have valid subscriptions. The bank is looking for information. But I regularly receive messages from the bank that attempts to withdraw continue. I have suspicions that my card is used in another appleID because there are attempts to withdraw for continued subscription and attempts for pre-authorization.
