No service Signal

i need help please. My iPhone is nearly a month old. After updating to the current iOS 13.2.3 I have been experiencing no service signal. I have tried countless times to reinstall update using iTunes by clicking control and Check for update. The problem persists . I am unable to use cellular. Please help. I am using IPhone 7. 128GB

iOS 14.4 Cellular Service Not Functioning After updating my phone to the latest update, I keep having issues with the no service. Right now, the Cellular tab under settings shows an error. I've tried turning airplane mode on and off. I've tried resetting my network settings. And last night I tried reinstalling the update via iTunes on my PC (I assume the update completed. It takes me 4 hours to download 4 GB, and I found out about this supposed solution 11 PM last night). My iPhone restarted at some point while I was asleep, so I believe the update reinstalled successfully. But I'm still having issues. This is immensely frustrating...

This problem is typically caused when your carrier makes a change in how iPhones have to connect with their network. Ask your carrier to recommend the best way to perform this update.
