Putting Emails Into Folders

Before the latest IOS update when I selected an email to move it would suggest a folder based on past emails moved to folders so I did not have to scroll down to find the folder I wanted. It no longer does this. Is there a setting that needs changed? or Did was this feature eliminated with the update?
