Sharing on fb messenger

Hello!

I am using an iPhone 7.. When I try to share a file/photo/etc from any app to fb messenger, I get a message saying "Open Messenger and log in to share this in a Message."

I have already:

rebooted the device
reinstalled fb messenger
reset network settings
logged out and re-logged in

Still the same problem.. Any help??

FB is not an Apple product, ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
