Hi, I have iphone 11 pro with ios 13.2.3
It seems when I am using Amazon's "Prime Video" app there is no download option on my iphone.
it's available on older iPad that I have but on the latest iphone.
I contacted amazon and they told me to contact apple..
Any suggestions are appreciated.
i really want to understand if this is a bug with app or some limitation or setting i need to set on the phone

Open a film icon. You should find a "+" symbol (to add it to your playlist) AND a "half box" with arrow down... (to download it).

there are two icons under watch now button : "+" symbol and share icon. but no "arrow down" one
Ask Amazon for help.
Not all videos can be downloaded.
Share? no, that should be the download icon... what happens if you tap it?
