Swipe to type is missing from my settings

So i had a iphone 7 and got used to the new swipe to type keyboard, and now i bought myself the new Iphone 11 and the swipe to type option is missing from settings so i cant turn it on. Can someone help me please?

I attached a picture of the keyboard settings (its in crotian but you can see that i am missing some options)

QuickPath supports multiple languages:

English
Simplified Chinese
Spanish
German
French
Italian
Portuguese

Because your device is set to Croatian there isn't the option for the Slide to Type keyboard.
