purchased movie not working

I purchased Boss Baby on July 7th 2017 but have not been able to watch it for several months on the Apple TV


This is the message on the screen


"an error occurred loading this content"


So far any and all other movies work as normal except Boss Baby. I've even reset the modem but keep getting the same message
