hi so my iphone7 has progressively developed many problems over 1 day. The microphone doesn't work, I cannot use headphones with the lightning port, calls are immediately cancelled bc of the mic issue, i cannot take photos with the camera app, and it will not allow me to turn on wifi. I have not dropped or damaged my phone, and i already tried factory resetting it. It is on the current software update so I'm not sure what to do at this point...

They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.

I have tried to test my microphone but when I went to voice memos, it didn’t even let me record it. I did lots of troubleshooting and it didn’t solve anything. if the app doesn’t help, I’m probably going to take my phone to the nearest apple store. Thank you for your help :)
