My iPhone7s suddenly stopped working. The voice memo button won’t work. When I record a video It doesn’t record sound. I can’t use the speaker button during calls. During calls I have to use Bluetooth headphones or else I won’t be able to connect to my call. The speakers work just fine. My phone wasn’t dropped nor did it get wet. I restarted my phone, factory reset but nothing works. Also my WiFi button is disabled. I called Apple but they have no idea. Please help.
Most likely the Audio IC has come loose or failed. You will have to do an out-of warranty replacement of the iPhone. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this screen to start the service process.

As indicated before, this is a hardware error, and you need to start a support ticket on the Phone, or purchase a new one.
