I need help because my iPhone backup is blocked. I cannot activate it because it is supposed to be restoring from an old iPhone which doesn’t have the account anymore.
I'm not able to update software or make another backup from my iPhone.
i already bought the 50 GB plan to have more space, but didn’t work.
First of all you are not on WiFi. Backup your iPhone to iCloud first. Let it complete it. Time taken to backup depends on the storage of your iPhone and the internet speed.

iCloud backup doesn’t include information already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photos, iCloud Photos, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive
Update the iOS after you have finished with the above. The process is very clean.
