macbook overheating and shutting down

My macbook keeps overheating and shutting down. CleanMyMacX shows that my CPU usage is almost always at 100% and the temps can range from 150*-190*. I've tried looking through Activity Monitor and the highest one is usually kernel_task which is usually around 700mb. I've included my EtreCheck report if that helps.
