I’m unable to use wired usb type c or normal headphones with dongle with my ipad pro 11 inch. Does it not support wired headphones or there is problem with my ipad?

Your milage may very by using a 3rd party adapter.
Like with all USB peripherals, if it does not support a specific computing platform then it will not work. If your USB-C headphones do not explicitly support iPad then they will not work.
But last weekend I checked a lot headphones at the shop but none of them worked. I thought that ipad is not compatible with wired headphones but yesterday I saw a video on YouTube about it. Then I reallized there might be an issue with my ipad.

So I can only use headphones with apple usb type-c adapter? And i have usb type-c headphones also but they are not working. The sound simply comes out through speakers.
