app specific password with no two faced verification
I currently don't own any apple devices, but I would still like to use iCloud on my windows mail app.
Any idea?

You can't have app specific passwords without one of Apple's more secure features.
Without an Apple device, you can use the older 2 Step Verification, which can use any phone number as it's trusted feature.
