I will update the post as it develops.
After having horrible ear infections with the Pro now I get the same with the regular wired Apple headphones!
I’ve tried everything too to solve this problem to no avail. Can you post a link to these silicone covers that you mention or a description of wha they are and where you got them from please?
They’re made it to make airpods stay in your ears. Good luck bro.
Before I try these, can I check that you do not have a link with this product and that you are suggesting this impartially as a genuine possible solution?
Thanks.
I’m not saying that it’s the solution. It just happens that it works for me. YMMV
Yeah, as I said a few pages ago, I tried those and they did not solve the problem for me. I have those and different tips on, still have the issue recur.
I’m glad it works for you!
Thanks - that's fine - I have ordered some to try - certainly worth a go...
Hope it’ll work for you too.
Best thing I read so far was ‘when can we get AAP2 - without the problem?’
Hopefully, we can then use the product, get our exchanges - and not get ill.
Ever the optimist!
So is Apple still pretending this isn’t a problem?
Yes! Thought I was the only one!
Call Apple support, your proof is that you went to the Dr that should be good enough for them
I'm in the process of going through Apple Support. Have been transferred up a couple of levels and have just submitted my photos. I am supposed to get a call back from an engineer in 4 hours.
It was a telephone consultation but noted
