iPhone 11 Lock Screen sound bug

I updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 13, and up until yesterday, everythings been fine.

However, this morning I found out that my lock screen sound suddenly become very small...I checked my volume setting for the ringtone and its still at the same volume as before (I never change the ringtone volume on my phone). I started checking and realized that for some reason my lock screen sound volume has actually been linked to my media volume !

I noticed this because when I was watching a Youtube video, I turned the media volume all the way up, and after I am done watching, I proceed to lock my phone, only to hear an extremely loud lock screen sound. This is when I realized that it has been linked to the media volume setting (I tried adjusting the media volume and indeed the lock screen sound changes accordingly)

Can anyone from Apple Support explain this? I believe this is a bug, because this is not suppose to be like this

Also the only major thing I did last night (before I found this bug) was adding a bank card to Apple Pay for the first time, don't know if theres a relationship between the Apple Pay app and the lock screen bug, but really hope to get this fixed because its extremely frustrating.

I currently have this exact same issue. The behaviour is definitely NOT normal as the behaviour of the lock sound volume changes as 'double-click side button' is toggled on and off within Settings > Wallet and Apple Pay.

I am ecstatically delighted and disproportionately bewildered with enormous gratification and appreciation for the dispensation of such a tendering and mesmerizing information in which the prestidigitation of the concurrent and subsequent matter is thoroughly demonstrated through the nuances alluding to literal and metaphorical context.

Actually its not normal...on my previous iPhone 7, and also my family's iPhone XS, and also on my previous iPhone XR, all three devices have the lock sound linked to the ringtone volume...I just tested all 3 of these phones again.

I don't think its normal. I think its a bug caused by the os....

The lock sound has always been set by the media sound. The Ringer volume just sets the ringer volume, notification volume, and alarm volume. It is working as designed, it is not a bug.
